Currently, recording a video of your play was feature of the Desktop Sports Dood Beta app. The file format was not a standard or widely supported format but it did work with Youtube. We are excited to announce that creating videos from your plays will be coming to iOS over the next few weeks starting with Football Dood (already submitted to Apple). You will be able to select between 3 different formats including a lower definition SD (576p), HD (720p) and Full HD (1080p). Note that we have worked hard to optimize the video performance for all device models but you can tweak the delay between keyframes to speed up or slow down the animation by editing the timer setting.
For those users on Android, we are looking at options to include this feature as well. It is not a trivial task. There are many video recording apps, most need root access and those like Mirror are still in beta as there are some Android kinks to work out. We will eventually get there.
